Charles Krewson, a self-taught designer with over twenty year's experience, is known for enduring, sleek interiors. Early-career apprenticeships with renowned designers Stuart Greet and Robert Metzger, as well as a childhood spent visiting beautiful houses in Europe, has resulted in a highly developed personal aesthetic. Krewson Design projects are infused with color and historic references that easily adapt to client's specific needs and have included urban and country residences, executive offices, luxury boutiques, and yachts. Expertise in the field, as well as his personal commitment to his clients has resulted in commissions for successful business people, personalities, and European aristocrats. Krewson Design commissions have been featured in House & Garden, New York Magazine and numerous design books. Services include: - Collaboration with other design professionals in regards to master planning and staging. - Liaison with an expeditor and landmarks preservation, to secure permits. - Advisory for art and antiques; including collection care and representation at auction. - Custom design of furnishings, textiles, carpets, cabinetry and lighting fixtures. |
